I don't want to be just another person in the delivery room or the photographer that you book once and never see again.

Whether it’s the moment you hear “Will you marry me?” to the “I do” at the altar or the “I freaking did it!!!” after the birth of your precious little babies, or the “I really love what I’ve built” milestones you hit as an entrepreneur…

I want you to know that I consider it an invitation to become not only your photographer but your life-long cheerleader, someone grounded and present to keep you and your family laughing and creating memories, to support you as you grow, and to always cry happy tears with you when you meet your babies for the first time.

My job means that I’m constantly searching for the moments. The big ones, the small ones, and any little in-between moments. Doesn’t matter what type of session we have together, I’m going to be searching for that secret little moment in hopes that you get to see yourself the way that I see you.

Beautifully YOU.

  • When you reach out to book a session, I will respond in a timely manner (usually within 24-48 hours).

  • I will answer any questions you have regarding your session, wedding day, investment related-Q’s, etc. This is also a nice time to either schedule a phone call or a Zoom meeting to meet before your session. We can also discuss any desired locations or brainstorm together if you’re not sure.

  • If you decide you want to move forward with booking me and assuming I am available for your desired date, I will set you up with a booking link that includes:

    • A pre-session questionnaire. Don’t worry, it’s mostly painless and I intend for it to be a fun thing to complete! I seriously LOVE reading through your responses, especially when you put your personality and pizzaz into it. It’s an opportunity for me to get to know you or your session hopes better and then allows me to come up with ways that we can make your session unique and personalized to YOU.

    • A session contract. Contracts can feel real boring and/or scary, don’t worry, I totally get it. But they are necessary and it really is a tool there to protect both me and you, outlining what to expect when it comes to emergencies, when you’ll receive your completed gallery, printing rights, etc. If there is ever anything that you need clarification on, I encourage you to reach out! And please, please, please, take the time to read through your contract before signing.

    • Your invoice. This will outline what you owe for your session and give you information on how to pay your deposit, balance, etc. I offer online payments through Quickbooks. If you prefer to pay with a card or bank transfer, let me know in advance and I will send you a separate email with a link to pay via Quickbooks. I also accept cash, check or you can send money to Venmo business account @zeacorrinne. Whatever is easiest for you. I typically require your deposit at the time of booking to hold your date on my calendar and the remainder due either 2 weeks prior to your event or on the day of your shoot.

Boom, it’s official.

Once the contract is signed and your deposit is paid, we’re all set!

Prior to your session date, I will reach out to you to confirm our location for your shoot and check-in to make sure we’re all set! I’m always here along the way to help out if you’re having issues with what to wear or how to prepare for your session, so never hesitate to reach out!

Can’t wait for our next shoot!
xx, zea
