The Bauleke Wedding: Anniversary Edition

Today we’re celebrating Michelle + Tanner’s one year wedding anniversary and what better way to honor the day than to take a walk down memory lane. Their wedding day was a perfect Saturday in September at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, MN. With so many friends and family to celebrate the beginning of their married life together you can’t question that they were surrounded by support. The whole day was a blast, truly. But do you want to know when I knew it was going to be a DARN GOOD ceremony? When Michelle’s father walked down the aisle to officiate the ceremony. It brought both me and my second shooter + husband, Joe, to tears. There is nothing more special or sweet than a parent being such a HUGE part of such a special day. And I don’t know about you but watching dads tear up and get emotional always puts me in my feels. And the Bride’s dad did NOT let us down. It must be known that he is hilarious and started the ceremony after both Michelle and Tanner were together at the altar, to pull some liquid courage (i.e. whiskey) from his jacket pocket to take a shot (or two) with them before getting into the big stuff!! That’s when you KNOW it’s going to be a good wedding, folks. 🤪

Michelle + Tanner are not only beautiful people (but also models I swear???) but they have a beautiful love together and I hope they have spent the last year growing even deeper in love together. Happy Anniversary, you guys! 💕 Thank you for allowing me such a special front-row seat to capture your big, big love for one another.
