Adeline + Michael Engagement Session

Addie and Mike are getting married!!! And the chemistry that these two lil lovebirds have is out of this world. We are officially counting down the days until October. I left this session and promptly ran home to get editing. There are some sessions that just light a fire for me and this was one of them. It always helps when my clients are clearly so comfortable together, they completely trust me, and they’re just eager to have fun and be themselves. Magic happens with that combo, I swear.

This was the first time shooting at the upper access of the St. Croix Savanna and I’m kicking myself for waiting until the end of the season to shoot there. It is absolutely gorgeous. It does not have the scenic St Croix River bluffs (like the lower access point) but it does have beautiful fields, a big beautiful tree (that still looked pretty even after the leaves had fallen) and if you’re feeling adventurous you can hike through the upper access to the overlook! This was truly the perfect late-fall location but I’m so excited to shoot there again this spring and summer!
