Kye James | Newborn Session

It’s been the season of babies for me this summer and I’m not complaining one bit. I always say babies and flowers are almost always the easiest for me to photograph… they hardly need to do anything but exist and it’s just perfect.

One of my favorite parts of any newborn session is capturing all the sweet little details. Tiny fingers, baby toes, fuzzy cheeks, and shoulders. It’s almost too much. I loved being able to visit the Karras family in their sweet little Hudson home after bringing home their fresh little boy. They’ve created a Pinterest-worthy home and it was a dream to photograph them all comfy and cozy with their puppies nearby. Even big sister Mira was close by and oh-so-sweet with her new little human.

Welcome to the world, little Kye James, and a big congratulations to mom + dad, Ashley, and Mitch! Kye is absolutely beautiful and one lucky little guy.
